FONSECA estrena “2005” con la participación especial de GREEICY + CALI Y EL DANDEE
El sencillo y video correspondiente a “2005” ya están disponibles en todas las plataformas digitales
MIAMI (7 octubre de 2021) – El cantante y compositor colombiano Fonseca estrena “2005” rodeado de sus compatriotas Greeicy, Cali y El Dandee. El sencillo y video correspondiente se estrenan hoy en todas las plataformas digitales.
De la autoría de Fonseca, Andrés Torres, Mauricio Rengifo, Greeicy Rendón y Alejandro Rengifo, “2005” es un homenaje al éxito internacional “Te Mando Flores” y a los amores que siempre se recuerdan con cariño en la vida por los buenos recuerdos. La canción, producida por Andrés Torres y Mauricio Rengifo, llega precisamente luego de 16 años del lanzamiento que llevó a Fonseca a la cima de las listas de popularidad a nivel internacional y le otorgó una gran cantidad de reconocimientos y premiaciones entre ellos un Latin GRAMMY®, como “Mejor Canción Tropical”.
El video bajo la dirección de Kath Díaz, también de origen colombiano, fue filmado en Miami y es una pieza audiovisual que presenta un lenguaje conceptual con un constante despliegue de los cuatro artistas entre símbolos, metáforas y remembranzas de un amor y una relación que ya no está presente físicamente, pero que aún se lleva plasmada en el recuerdo, sigue en el corazón y acaricia la posibilidad de un reencuentro.
Fonseca comenta: “’2005’ es un homenaje a una etapa muy importante de mi carrera y no se me ocurre una mejor manera de celebrarlo que al lado de mi queridísima Greeicy y mis hermanos de Cali y El Dandee con quiénes vengo haciendo música junto a Andrés Torres desde ya hace unos años. Por esos amores que nunca se olvidan y por esos recuerdos que siempre quedan guardados en el corazón, acá entregamos con toda la emoción esta canción”.
Esta es la primera ocasión que Fonseca colabora junto a la cantante y actriz colombiana Greeicy y se apunta una colaboración más junto al dúo colombiano Cali y El Dandee.

En 2014 Fonseca lanzó uno de los proyectos más importantes de su exitosa carrera artística: FONSECA SINFÓNICO DVD, junto a más de 100 músicos de la Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de Colombia, el cual resultó ganador del Latin GRAMMY®, por “Mejor Álbum Vocal Pop Tradicional”. Él también recibió nominaciones al GRAMMY® 2017 por CONEXIÓN, Premio Lo Nuestro 2017, y fue reconocido con un Latin GRAMMY® 2016 por el CD HOMENAJE A DIOMEDES DIAZ en la categoría “Mejor Álbum Cumbia/Vallenato”. Su álbum, Agustín fue estrenado en 2018 y recibió el Latin GRAMMY® por “Mejor Álbum Vocal Pop Tradicional”. El 2020 trajo otro Latin GRAMMY® por su proyecto Compadres con Andrés Cepeda. MIAMI (October 7, 2021) – Colombian singer-songwriter Fonseca premieres “2005,” alongside fellow Colombian music talents Greeicy and Cali y El Dandee. The single and the corresponding video will premiere on all digital platforms today.
Composed by Fonseca, Andrés Torres, Mauricio Rengifo, Greeicy Rendón and Alejandro Rengifo “2005” is a tribute to the international smash-hit “Te Mando Flores” and a celebration of all the relationships in life that are fondly remembered, no matter what may happen in the future. The song, produced by Andrés Torres and Mauricio Rengifo, arrives precisely after 16 years of the launch that gained Fonseca international acclaim and garnered him an impressive number of accolades, including a Latin GRAMMY® for “Best Tropical Song.”
The video under the direction of Kath Díaz, also of Colombian origin, was filmed in Miami and is an audiovisual piece that offers a conceptual message with a constant display of the four artists linked by symbols, metaphors, and remembrances of a love and a relationship that is no longer physically present, but it is still engraved in the memory, occupies a very special place in your heart and often wonders about the possibility of seeing each other again.

This is the first time that Fonseca collaborates with the Colombian singer and actress Greeicy and is the second occasion that he reunites in song with the Colombian duo Cali y El Dandee.
