MATI GÓMEZ presenta su nuevo sencillo “MI VIEJO”
El nuevo himno al desamor ya se encuentra disponible en todas las plataformas digitales
MIAMI (18 de junio de 2021) – Mati Gómez, uno de los talentos más recientes de la casa disquera La Industria INC/Sony Music Latin, presenta su nuevo sencillo promocional “Mi Viejo”, tema que le recuerda al enamoradizo Mati, que no todas las relaciones sentimentales son para siempre.
“Mi Viejo” es composición de Mati Gómez junto a Juan Diego Medina, Ibere Maravalha Fortes, Rafael Rodríguez y Daniel Rondón y tiene como protagonistas al amor y la velocidad.
En “Mi Viejo”,el corazón de Mati está divido en dos: el amor por una chica y el de su fallecido padre, a quien recuerda a través de una motocicleta que él le enseñó a montar, respetar y cuidar y que más allá de ser algo material, es su vehículo de conexión con su padre y con la cual logra desconectarse del mundo, cuando a toda velocidad acompañado, recorre caminos dejándose acompañar de paisajes tratando de lograr olvidar el lado amargo de la vida.
Este tema dedicado al amor, se estrena con su videoclip oficial. El cual fue grabado en Alto de Palmas, Colombia, lugar que aporta la escenografía perfecta para este sentimental sencillo promocional. La casa productora a cargo de la pieza audiovisual fue ADB Films y el productor Sebastián Bastidas, por su parte, el director del video fue Felipe Palmas, y el mismo ya se encuentra disponible a través de su canal de YouTube.
“Mucho se habla de los hombres infieles y mal portados, yo quiero ser la voz masculina que habla con la verdad y el corazón, porque los hombres también nos enamoramos solos y lloramos por quien creíamos que seria el gran amor de nuestras vidas”, afirma Gómez.

MIAMI (June 18, 2021) – Mati Gómez, one of the most recent talents- acquisitions from La Industria INC/ Sony Music Latin, presents his new promotional single “Mi Viejo,” a song that taught him that not all love stories are forever.
The song that was born from the composition of Mati Gómez himself together with Juan Diego Medina, Ibere Maravalha Fortes, Rafael Rodríguez, and Daniel Rondón, is starred by two special characters: love, and speed.
In “Mi Viejo”,Mati’s heart is divided in two: the love for a beautiful woman and the love for her late father, a motorcycle lover who taught him how to ride, respect, and care for motorcycles. That is why motorcycles represent something beyond material for Mati, they are his vehicle of connection with his father and, at the same time, of disconnection with the whole world, when at full speed, the wind and the landscapes make him forget the bitter side of life.
The single premieres with its official music video. Which was recorded in Alto de Palmas, Colombia, a place that provides the perfect scenario for this sentimental song. The production company in charge of this audiovisual piece was ADB Films and the producer Sebastián Bastidas, for his part, the director of the video was Felipe Palmas, and it is available through his YouTube channel.
“Much has been said about unfaithful and misbehaved men, I want to be that male voice that speaks with his own heart because we also fall in love alone and cry for who we thought would be the great love of our lives,” said Gómez.
