NUEVO ELEMENTO lanza su primer EP navideño NUEVA NAVIDAD
El Cuarteto También Estrena Su Sencillo De Salida “Otro Triste Invierno” Hoy
MIAMI (17 de diciembre de 2021) – Nuevo Elemento, la primera boyband del Regional Mexicano, hoy estrena su primer EP, Nueva Navidad. El lanzamiento incluye un nuevo sencillo titulado, “Otro Triste Invierno” que viene acompañado de un video musical.
“Otro Triste Invierno” es una ranchera de desamor de la autoría de su productor, el legendario Luciano Luna, y del integrante del grupo, Héctor Osobampo, quienes dedican este tema a los que quisieran tener a su pareja de vuelta en esta temporada. Como dice la letra: “Suena la canción que te gustaba y te recuerdo, hoy todo me indica que será otro triste invierno”.
En el video musical, los integrantes de Nuevo Elemento – Héctor, Alejandro “Bebo” Garfías, Danny Rea y Yahir “Choco” Garduño, ponen ambiente a la temporada con bengalas y cajas de regalo.
Este EP y sencillo llegan una semana después del primer corte del disco, “Cada Diciembre”, también de la co-autoría de Luciano Luna, que originalmente fue grabado por Los Plebes del Rancho en el 2015. Esta fusión de música norteña y ranchera a ritmo de vals está dedicada a todos los que han sufrido un desamor y sienten la ausencia de su ser amado aún más durante este mes.
Entre las cinco canciones de Nueva Navidad podemos disfrutar de otro tema inédito de Luciano Luna y Héctor Osobampo – “Llegó el Día de Reyes”, una balada rítmica al estilo texano-norteño que pone en alto las tradiciones latinas de la temporada: “El seis de enero queremos festejar, rosca en la mesa nunca puede faltar, el Día de Reyes acaba de llegar”.
La parranda continúa con su versión de “El Año Viejo”, un clásico del cancionero latinoamericano que fue escrito en 1952 por el autor y músico colombiano Crescencio Salcedo. Acompañados por una sección de metales, los muchachos de Nuevo Elemento amenizan la fiesta con su alegría y su sabor en esta cumbia.
Para su versión de En Esta Navidad, que originalmente fue grabada por el desaparecido cantante mexicano Valentín Elizalde, el grupo nos transmite todo el sentimiento de esta canción de añoranza a través de sus hermosas armonías.
Nueva Navidad es el segundo EP de la agrupación, y llega tan solo un mes después de su EP debut 4 Sueños 1 Realidad que incluye cuatro temas inéditos y dos covers. De este EP se han desprendido éxitos como “No Mereces Tanto” y “Mía”.

Acerca de Nuevo Elemento
Nuevo Elemento nació en noviembre 2020, conformado por los finalistas del programa Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento por EstrellaTV. Denominada la primera boyband del Regional Mexicano, sus integrantes son: Héctor Osobampo, de 23 años, nacido en Guasave, Sinaloa. Héctor se mudó a la Ciudad de México a los 18 años buscando un futuro en la industria musical. Yahir “Choco” Garduño, de 18 años, nació en Mexicali, Baja California y creció en Calexico, California. “El Choco” comenzó a tocar la guitarra desde los 15 años e inmediatamente se enamoró del instrumento. Danny Rea, de 22 años, nació en Waukegan, Illinois, y ha pasado años persiguiendo su sueño de convertirse en un increíble artista “norteño”. Alejandro “Bebo” Garfías, de 18 años, nació en Brownsville, Texas. Canta desde los 15 años y es el miembro más nuevo de Nuevo Elemento.

The Quartet Also Unveils The EP’s Focus Track “Otro Triste Invierno”
MIAMI (December 17, 2021) – Nuevo Elemento, Regional Mexican music’s first boyband, releases their first holiday EP Nueva Navidad today. In conjunction with this release, the group also presents the focus track “Otro Triste Invierno” accompanied by a new music video.
“Otro Triste Invierno” is a breakup-themed ranchera written by the song’s producer, the legendary Luciano Luna, along with the group’s singer Héctor Osobampo, who dedicates this song to everyone who yearns to have their partner back in this season. As the lyrics in Spanish say: “They play the song that you liked and it reminds me of you, today all signs point to it being another sad winter.”
In the music video, the members of Nuevo Elemento – Héctor, Alejandro “Bebo” Garfías, Danny Rea and Yahir “Choco” Garduño, get into the holiday spirit with sparklers and gift boxes.
The EP and single arrive one week after the first preview of the record, “Cada Diciembre.” Also co-written by Luciano Luna, it was originally recorded by Los Plebes del Rancho in 2015. This waltz-tempo norteño-ranchera fusion is for everyone who has suffered a heartbreak and feels the absence of a loved one most acutely during this month.
Among the songs of Nueva Navidad, we can enjoy another original track by Luciano Luna and Héctor Osobampo – “Llegó el Día de Reyes,” a Tejano-norteño styled rhythmic ballad that highlights the season’s Latino traditions: “On January 6 we want to celebrate. Rosca bread on the table is a must, Three Kings’ Day has just arrived.”
The celebrations continue with their version of “El Año Viejo,” the 1952 classic written by the Colombian songwriter and musician Crescencio Salcedo. Backed by a swinging brass section, the boys of Nuevo Elemento get the New Year’s party started cumbia-style with their energy and swagger.
For their version of “En Esta Navidad,” originally recorded by the late Mexican singer Valentín Elizalde, the group gets sentimental and showcases its splendid harmonies on this song of yearning.
Nueva Navidad is the band’s second EP and arrives just one month after their debut EP 4 Sueños 1 Realidad, which features four original compositions and two covers, including the hit singles “No Mereces Tanto” and “Mía.”

About Nuevo Elemento
Nuevo Elemento was formed in November 2020, comprising finalists of the EstrellaTV program Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento. Its members are: Héctor Osobampo, 23, of Guasave, Sinaloa. Héctor moved to Mexico City at age 18 to better pursue his music career. Yahir “Choco” Garduño, 18, born in Mexicali, Baja California, and raised in Calexico, California. “El Choco” began playing the guitar at the age of 15, and immediately fell in love with the instrument. Danny Rea, 22, of Waukegan, Illinois who has spent years working on becoming the best Norteño artist he can be. Alejandro “Bebo” Garfías, 18, of Brownsville, Texas is the newest member of the band. He started singing at the age of 15 and is known for his contagious laughter and spectacular voice.
