YORDANO Recibirá el Prestigioso Premio a La Excelencia Musical de la Academia Latina de la Grabación
MIAMI (26 de agosto de 2022) – Yordano, el icónico cantautor venezolano de origen italiano reconocido por su música pop poética será honrado este año con el prestigioso Premio a la Trayectoria de La Academia Latina de la Grabación.
El premio “Lifetime Achievement Award” se otorga a artistas que han realizado contribuciones creativas de gran importancia artística para la música latina y sus comunidades. La distinción es votada por la Junta Directiva de La Academia Latina de la Grabación.
Como uno de los más grandes y respetados representantes de la música venezolana en el escenario mundial, Yordano ha construido una ilustre carrera que abarca cuatro décadas exitosas y que comprende una discografía brillante que ha hablado a múltiples generaciones, capturando los corazones de innumerables fanáticos en todo el mundo. Nominado en tres ocasiones al Latin GRAMMY®, es uno de los cinco artistas que recibirán el Premio a la Trayectoria de la Academia Latina de la Grabación en 2022, uniéndose a la compañía del fenómeno del pop español Rosario Flores, la cantautora chilena Myriam Hernández, la cantautora brasileña Rita Lee, y la artista argentina Amanda Miguel. Todos los homenajeados serán celebrados durante un evento privado como parte de la Semana del Latin GRAMMY® el miércoles 16 de noviembre en el Centro de Convenciones de Mandalay Bay.
La Semana del Latin GRAMMY® culminará con la 23.a Entrega Anual del Latin GRAMMY®, que se transmitirá en vivo desde el Michelob ULTRA Arena en el Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, el jueves 17 de noviembre de 2022 a partir de las 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p. m. CT) por Univision.
Antes de la Semana del Latin GRAMMY®, Yordano está listo para embarcarse en su muy esperada Gira 40 Años: Vivir Para Cantarlo, que comenzará en Venezuela el 9 de septiembre en Valencia y continuará durante el otoño, culminando con un gran espectáculo en el Teatro Teresa Carreño en Caracas el viernes 25 de noviembre. La gira verá al aclamado artista explorando lo mejor de su amado repertorio musical, llevando a los fanáticos en un viaje, a través de los increíbles años que han dado forma a su extraordinaria vida y carrera con sus éxitos pop románticos y tropicales como “Manantial de Corazones”, “Madera Fina” y “No Voy a Mover Un Dedo”. YORDANO To receive The Latin Recording Academy’s Prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award
MIAMI (August 26, 2022) – Yordano, the iconic Italian-born Venezuelan singer-songwriter renowned for his poetic pop music, will be honored this year with The Latin Recording Academy’s prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to performers who have made creative contributions of outstanding artistic significance to Latin music and its communities. The distinction is voted on by The Latin Recording Academy’s Board of Trustees.
As one of the greatest and most respected representatives of Venezuelan music on the global stage, Yordano has constructed an illustrious career that spans a successful four decades and that comprises a brilliant discography that has spoken to multiple generations, capturing the hearts of countless fans around the world. A 3-time Latin GRAMMY® nominee, he is one of five artists who will receive The Latin Recording Academy’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022, joining the company of Spanish pop phenomenon Rosario Flores, Chilean singer-songwriter Myriam Hernández, Brazilian singer-songwriter Rita Lee, and Argentine artist Amanda Miguel. All of the honorees will be celebrated during a private event as part of Latin GRAMMY® Week on Wednesday, November 16, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Latin GRAMMY® Week will culminate with the 23rd Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®, which will be broadcast live from the Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on Thursday, November 17, 2022, beginning at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. CT) on Univision.
Ahead of Latin GRAMMY® Week, Yordano is set to embark on his highly anticipated 40 Años Tour: Vivir Para Cantarlo, which will kick off in Venezuela on September 9 in Valencia and will continue through the fall, culminating with a spectacular show in the Teresa Carreño theater in Caracas on Friday November 25. The tour will see the acclaimed artist exploring the best of his beloved musical repertoire, taking fans on a journey through the incredible years that have shaped his extraordinary life and career with his tropical and romantic pop hits such as como “Manantial de Corazones”, “Madera Fina” and “No Voy a Mover Un Dedo”.
