MIAMI (27 de septiembre de 2021) – Farruko, un cantautor condecorado y versátil con decenas de millones de fieles fanáticos, originario de Puerto Rico, tiene en la mira el súper estrellato mundial. Farruko anunció oficialmente la fecha de lanzamiento y el tracklist de LA 167, su nuevo álbum, que saldrá el 1 de octubre a través de Sony Music Latin/Carbon Fiber Music. El álbum ya está disponible para pre-guardar/pre-ordenar.
El próximo álbum es el hogar del éxito internacional “PEPAS”, un tema orientado a las discotecas, que actualmente se encuentra en el Top 10 de la lista Global 200 de Billboard, se encuentra en el puesto #34 en la lista Billboard Hot 100, y en el puesto #1 en las listas Hot Latin Songs y Hot Dance/Electronic Songs de Billboard, al igual que “La Tóxica”, que alcanzó el Billboard Hot 100 a finales de 2020. Entre muchos invitados, el proyecto de 25 canciones cuenta con apariciones de artistas como Myke Towers, Ñengo Flow, Jay Wheeler, y Pedro Capó, que se reconecta con Farruko para la secuela de su éxito del 2019 certificado 25x Platino, “Calma”.
Junto con el anuncio oficial del álbum, Farruko comparte el anticipado “PEPAS (Remix)”, reclutando al DJ superestrella, David Guetta, para ayudar a llevar el ya épico tema a otro nivel de dominación en las discotecas. En su remix, Guetta eleva los bajos y complementa el coro antémico de Farruko con electrizantes sintetizadores y una serie de beat drops. Esta colaboración intercontinental está pensada para arrasar en discotecas y estadios por igual.

El sencillo festivo de Farruko también se ha convertido en un éxito viral en plataformas como REELS y TikTok, generando más de dos millones de creaciones de vídeo en esta última plataforma. MIAMI (September 27, 2021) – A decorated and versatile singer-songwriter with tens of millions of loyal fans, Puerto Rico’s Farruko has global superstardom in his sights. Today, Farruko officially announced the release date and tracklist for LA 167, his new album, coming October 1 via Sony Music Latin/Carbon Fiber Music. The album is currently available for pre-save/pre-order.
The upcoming album is home to the international smash hit “PEPAS,” a club-oriented banger, which currently resides in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Global 200 chart, sits at #34 on the Billboard Hot 100, and at #1 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs and Hot Dance/Electronic Songs charts, as well as “La Toxica,” which reached the Billboard Hot 100 in late 2020. Among many other guests, 25-track opus features appearances from the likes of Myke Towers, Ñengo Flow, Jay Wheeler, and Pedro Capó, who reconnects with Farruko for the sequel to their 25x Platinum 2019 hit “Calma.”
Along with the official announcement of the album, Farruko shares the anticipated “PEPAS (Remix),” recruiting superstar DJ, David Guetta, to help kick the already-epic track to another level of club domination. On his remix, Guetta dials up the bass, supplementing Farruko’s anthemic chorus with electrifying synth arpeggios and a series of escalating beat drops.
