MIAMI (19 de noviembre de 2021) – Por séptimo año consecutivo, los artistas de Sony Music Latin y de los sellos afiliados a The Orchard lideran la industria de la música con el mayor número de premios en la 22.ª Entrega Anual del Latin GRAMMY®. Camilo se destaca como el ganador de la noche con 4 reconocimientos, seguido por C. Tangana con 3.
Los otros ganadores en este 2021 son: Beatriz Luengo, Descemer Bueno, Gente de Zona, Gloria Estefan, Jorge Drexler, Marc Anthony, Nathy Peluso, Rafa Arcaute, Rauw Alejandro, Ricardo Montaner, Silvestre Dangond, Vicente Fernández, y Vicentico, entre otros.
Además, Fito Páez, Joaquin Sabina y Martinho Da Vila fueron honorados este año por sus distinguidas trayectorias en los premios especiales.
Por si fuera poco, los artistas de Sony cautivaron a los asistentes y los espectadores de televisión con actuaciones que provocaron revuelo. C. Tangana nos entregó una magistral presentación de “Ingobernable” con Jorge Drexler, Natalia Lafourcade y Nathy Peluso entre otros invitados, mientras Camilo nos dio una mezcla indudable de “Vida de Rico” y “Kesi”. Gente De Zona brilló con “Patria y Vida” junto a Descemer Bueno y Yotuel. Diego Torres, Pedro Capó y Farina participaron en el musical de Gloria Estefan. Y por supuesto, Ozuna impresionó con su actuación de “Del Mar” y presentó su nueva colaboración con Anthony Santos “Señor Juez”.
Christina Aguilera regresó al escenario de los Latin GRAMMYs® en más de 20 años para darnos una rendición espectacular de su nuevo sencillo “Pa Mis Muchachas” junto a Becky G, Nathy Peluso y Nicki Nicole y estrenó “Somos Nada” junto al productor Julio Reyes Copello en el piano.
Además, Carlos Rivera condujo la ceremonia y fue parte del tributo a Armando Manzanero de la mano de Nella y Paula Arenas.
Evaluna Montaner, Fito Páez, Joss Favela, Ricardo Montaner, Residente y Silvestre Dangond presentaron premios en esta noche de gala.
Boza y Paloma Mami, nominados a “Mejor Nuevo Artista”, fueron parte del Latin GRAMMY® pre-show “Noche de Estrellas” deslumbrando a los televidentes con sus presentaciones.
Esta velada fue transmitida en vivo por Univisión desde el MGM Grand Garden Arena en Las Vegas.
Como parte del Latin GRAMMY Premiere se destacó en la conducción Kany García y contó con presentaciones de Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Jon Secada, Os Barões da Pisadinha y Zoe Gotusso. En el mismo, los primeros Latin GRAMMYs® de la noche tuvieron entre sus presentadores a Farina, Pedro Capó y Roxana Amed.

MIAMI (November 19, 2021) – Continuing a seven-year winning streak, artists from Sony Music Latin and The Orchard affiliated labels lead the industry with the most honors of the night at the 22nd Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®. Camilo emerged as the night’s biggest victor with 4 awards, followed by C. Tangana with 3.
The other 2021 winners include: Beatriz Luengo, C. Tangana, Descemer Bueno, Gente de Zona, Gloria Estefan, Jorge Drexler, Marc Anthony, Nathy Peluso, Rafa Arcaute, Rauw Alejandro, Ricardo Montaner, Silvestre Dangond, Vicente Fernández, and Vicentico, among others.
Fito Páez, Joaquin Sabina and Martinho Da Vila were honored this year for their distinguished careers at the Special Awards ceremony.
In addition, Sony artists dazzled viewers with unforgettable performances. Among those, C. Tangana delivered the show stopping “Ingobernable” with Jorge Drexler, Natalia Lafourcade, and Nathy Peluso among others, while Camilo served up an undeniable medley of “Vida de Rico” and “Kesi.” Gente De Zona, Descemer Bueno and Yotuel shined on “Patria y Vida.” Diego Torres, Pedro Capó and Farina participated in an homage to Gloria Estefan. Ozuna impressed with his performance of “Del Mar” and presented his new collaboration with Anthony Santos “Señor Juez.”
Breaking the internet, Christina Aguilera made her return to the Latin GRAMMY Awards® stage for the first time in over twenty years with a downright sexy and show stopping rendition of her new Latin single “Pa’ Mis Muchachas” next to Becky G, Nathy Peluso and Nicki Nicole and premiered “Somos Nada” next to producer Julio Reyes Copello on the piano.
Not to mention, Carlos Rivera served as a host of the ceremony and was part of the tribute to Armando Manzanero alongside Nella and Paula Arenas.
Additionally, Evaluna Montaner, Fito Páez, Joss Favela, Ricardo Montaner, Residente and Silvestre Dangond also presented some of the evening’s coveted honors.
“Best New Artist” nominees Boza and Paloma Mami delivered dazzling performers during “Noche de Estrellas” the official pre-show.
This year, the ceremony took over the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, while Univision broadcast the show live.
Starting off the day, the Latin GRAMMY® Premiere was hosted by Kany García and featured performances from Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Jon Secada, Os Barões da Pisadinha and Zoe Gotusso. The first Latin GRAMMYs® of the evening were presented at the Premiere by Farina, Pedro Capó and Roxana Amed.
