La combinación de artistas multiplica el talento, potenciando el resultado final. ¡Este es el caso de “2:50”, tema que fue recibido con gran éxito por los seguidores de MYA y que ahora presentan en una nueva versión bajo una dimensión que apunta como otro gran HIT!
“2:50 REMIX” marca la primera colaboración oficial del dúo argentino MYA con sus colegas TINI y DUKI una fórmula tan inesperada como explosiva, que une a quiénes hoy por hoy se encuentran entre los artistas del pop y la música urbana de habla hispana más relevantes a nivel regional desde el Sur.
Para Maxi y Agus, “2:50” siempre fue mucho más que un single: con más de 50 millones de reproducciones totales de audio y video, se transformó en uno de los éxitos más importantes de esta etapa de su carrera: “Desde el comienzo 2:50 fue especial para nosotros y con el paso del tiempo lo es aún más…”, cuentan.
La versión original logró alcanzar el puesto #1 en los charts de radios de su país, ingresó en el Top 50 de Spotify y alcanzó el Galardón de Oro en Argentina gracias a la cantidad de streams de audio. Por su parte, el video fue tendencia y el #250challenge tuvo una fuerte presencia en redes sociales, especialmente en TikTok, en la que superó las 10.3 millones de visualizaciones.
Con estos antecedentes, el irresistible Remix que desde hoy ya está disponible en todas las plataformas, tiene todo para ser una nueva bomba musical. A casi cuatro meses de su celebrada colaboración con Ha*Ash en la balada “Fuiste mía”, MYA estrena así la nueva encarnación de este tema, que ya tuvo una versión acústica y otra bailable con el DJ Fer Palacio.
Como dicen ellos mismos: “Vuelve a nacer esta canción que marcó un antes y un después en el camino de MYA. Pero esta vez con dos amigos y artistazos: ¡TINI y DUKI!” Esta sorpresiva reunión musical de compatriotas se dio de manera natural a nivel artístico, y hace de “2:50 REMIX” una canción verdaderamente diferente desde la primera nota, con las rimas de DUKI y el aporte melódico en la voz de TINI sumándose al coro que hizo del track original un hit de MYA.
Las palabras de MYA al referirse a sus colegas, son por demás elocuentes: “En una noche de amigos y guitarra, empezamos a cantarla y DUKI sin pensarlo se sumó con un freestyle único, dando vida a la idea de hacer esta versión 2.0. Después pensamos en cómo quedaría una voz femenina y sin dudarlo se la enviamos a TINI, con la cual ya veníamos intercambiando ideas para hacer algo juntos. A los días, nos envió lo que había escrito ella y… ¡nos encantó!”
TINI por su parte manifestó: “Me encantó trabajar y compartir esta canción con ellos: Creo que el hecho de que tengamos estilos y formas diferentes de hacer música es lo que hizo que la canción quede ¡tan espectacular!”.
En cuanto a la producción, MYA agregó que “…una vez más estuvo a cargo de nuestro equipo, Mapache & Mosty, pero para el REMIX nos pareció interesante sumar a Big One, productor y amigo con el cual trabajamos algunas canciones del disco. La combinación completa fue perfecta y dio sus frutos con esta versión que nos trae locos y que esperamos los haga tan felices como a nosotros”.
Finalmente, esa complicidad entre todo el equipo de trabajo y, sobre todo, entre los jóvenes artistas, se ver reflejada en el video de “2:50 REMIX”. Dirigido por Martín Seipel, fue rodado en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, con los cuatro cantantes interactuando de manera súper fluida, cada uno con su onda, en distintos ambientes de una casona antigua.

MIAMI (June 21, 2021) – When three outstanding Argentine talents team up – the pop duo MYA, the singer and songwriter TINI and the trap star DUKI – the whole is even greater than the sum of its parts. Such is the case on “2:50 Remix,” the new version of MYA’s major hit which takes on a different dimension on this collaboration that came about in a very natural way.
“2:50 REMIX” is the first official collaboration between MYA, TINI and DUKI. This unexpected mix of artists unites the Southern Hemisphere’s most exciting Spanish-speaking pop and urban performers.
For the members of MYA, Maxi and Agus, the original version of “2:50” was more than a single. With over 50 million audio and video streams, it has become one of the most important hits of this chapter of their career: “From the start, 2:50 was special for us, and as time goes by, it becomes even more so,” the group notes.
It also reached #1 on Argentina’s radio charts, made the Top 50 on Spotify, and was certified Gold in Argentina. The #250challenge made waves on social media, especially on TikTok, where it surpassed 10.3 million views.
As such, it was clear that a captivating remix could propel the song even further. “2:50” has also been released in an acoustic version and another danceable remix courtesy DJ Fer Palacios. Now, the duo teams up with TINI and DUKI, nearly four months after collaborating with the Mexican sister duo Ha*Ash on the ballad “Fuiste Mía.”
MYA continues to emphasize the importance of “2:50” in the duo’s career: “It’s a rebirth for this song that marked a before and after in our path, but this time with two friends and amazing artists: TINI and DUKI!”
DUKI drops some spellbinding rhymes, while TINI adds to the melodic chorus that helped make the original version so popular.
Discussing how the collaboration was conceived, MYA notes: “During a night of friends and guitars, we began to sing it and DUKI spontaneously added a unique freestyle, creating the possibility of doing a version 2.0. We then wondered how it would sound with a woman’s vocals and we immediately sent it to TINI, with whom we’d been discussing working for a while. Days later, she sent us her contribution, and we loved it!”
TINI notes how the three acts complement each other: “I loved working on this song and sharing it with them. I think that the fact that we have different styles and ways of making music is what made this song turn out so spectacular!”
Discussing the production, MYA adds: “…once again our production team was led by Mapache & Mosty, but for the remix we were interested in being joined by Big One, a producer and friend with whom we worked on some of the album’s songs. The complete combination was perfect and bore fruit with this version that makes us crazy and we hope will make you very happy.”
The chemistry between the production team and the young artists is clear on the music video of “2:50 REMIX.” Directed by Martín Seipel, it was filmed in a historic Buenos Aires mansion where the artists interact in a natural way.
