ROBERTO CARLOS inicia su gira “AMOR SIN LÍMITE” en Miami con un SOLD OUT
Roberto Carlos abre su nueva gira internacional de conciertos este 2019, tras cinco años desde su último recorrido por Estados Unidos.
MIAMI (5 de marzo, 2019) – El icónico
cantautor brasilero Roberto Carlos comienza su gira “Amor
Sin Límite” con un SOLD OUT en la ciudad de Miami donde más de 12,000
boletos ya fueron vendidos. El concierto se llevará a cabo el próximo 9 de
marzo en el American Airlines Arena.
Roberto Carlos, uno de los
cantantes latinos que más discos ha vendido alrededor del mundo, abre su nueva
gira internacional de conciertos este 2019, tras cinco años desde su último
recorrido por Estados Unidos.
La gira en la cual también
interpretará canciones de su más reciente producción Amor Sin Límite,
visitará las ciudades de Orlando, Nueva York, Boston, Washington DC y Houston,
entre otras. También tendrá shows en Argentina y varias fechas en Europa.
En la década de los 80, el creador de
la popular canción “Un Millón de Amigos“, grabó discos en
inglés, francés, español, italiano, y portugués, lo que lo ha posicionado como
una de las más fuertes influencias que han marcado el desarrollo de la música
en español en el mundo.
Roberto Carlos inició una
revolución musical en Brasil en los ‘60, llegando al éxito en un período que coincidió
con el movimiento juvenil que iniciaron los Beatles.
En los ‘70, cambió su estilo para
convertirse en el artista romántico más exitoso de Brasil, co-escribiendo
algunas de las más bellas canciones en este estilo que se convertirían en
clásicos, como “Detalles“, “Jesús Cristo“,
“Emociones” y “Que Será de tí“.
Durante la pasada gala de Premio Lo

Roberto Carlos
initiates his international tour,five years after
his last performances in the United States.
MIAMI (March 5, 2019) – The iconic
Brazilian singer-songwriter Roberto Carlos will kick off his
“Amor Sin Límite” Tour with a sold-out concert in Miami, where
over 12,000 tickets have been sold. This performance is to take place on March
9 at the AmericanAirlines Arena.
One of Latin music’s all-time
best-selling artists, Roberto Carlos will launch his
international tour five years after his last performances in the United States.
He will present his most beloved
hits, along with songs from his new album, also titled Amor Sin
Límite. The U.S. leg of his tour will continue on to Orlando, New York,
Boston, Washington DC, Houston, and more. From there, he heads to Argentina and
Europe.
The legendary artist, known for his
international hit “Un Millón de Amigos,” recorded material in
English, French, Spanish, Italian and his native Portuguese during the 1980s.
His recordings in Spanish have helped him reach massive audiences around the
world.
Roberto Carlos was a pioneer
of the new wave of Brazilian music in the 1960s, an era that coincided with the
worldwide “youthquake” movement associated with the Beatles.
During the 1970s, he developed a
romantic style that produced some of his most beloved hits, including songs he
co-wrote such as “Detalles,” “Jesús Cristo,”
“Emociones” and “Que Será de Tí.”
In February, Roberto Carlos received
a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 31st edition of Premio Lo Nuestro Awards,
which broadcasted live from Miami on Univision. He was presented this award in
person, and received an emotional musical tribute from renowned artists –
Alejandro Sanz, Joss Favela and the group Reik.
