RAMÓN VEGA celebra su cumpleaños 16 con el sorprendente lanzamiento de su sencillo “EL SONORENSE”
Miami (15 de septiembre de 2021) – El emergente artista regional mexicano Ramón Vega celebra su cumpleaños 16 con el lanzamiento de su sencillo “El Sonorense”. Se trata de su primera canción inédita desde el lanzamiento de su EP 2000 Siempre en julio. Su nuevo tema rinde homenaje a su familia y en especial a su desaparecido tío Sergio Vega “El Shaka” quien le inspiró a perseguir una carrera en la música y con quien comparte cumpleaños. “El Sonorense” empieza y termina con fragmentos de audio de la infancia de Ramón, y su letra revela su esencia, su vida actual y la formación artística que ha experimentado creciendo en una familia de músicos exitosos. La melodía emotiva y la voz poética de Ramón intercalan con la mezcla musical de hip-hop, R&B y pop que aderezan esta historia a la perfección. La portada del tema muestra una foto de Ramón en su infancia, en los brazos de su tío “El Shaka” en el día de su bautizo. El joven artista de Sonora firmó con Sony Music Latin en el verano del 2020 y con este lanzamiento celebra su primer aniversario con la compañía. Ramón pertenece a la dinastía musical que incluye a reconocidos artistas del género norteño como su legendario tío Sergio Vega “El Shaka” (1969-2010), además de Cornelio Vegay Su Dinastía, que fue fundado por su padre Cornelio y destaca a su hermano mayor Cornelio Jr. como vocalista principal. Siempre agradecido con su familia, Ramón está forjando camino propio en la industria musical, con influencias de regional mexicano, hip-hop, R&B, pop, y urbano. Su espontaneidad lírica y su energía joven, al igual que su amor profundo a la música y su personalidad extrovertida lo han convertido en un artista singular. Además de componer e interpretar su música, Ramón ejecuta más de ocho instrumentos, incluyendo la guitarra y el acordeón.

Miami (September 15, 2021) – Mexican-emerging artist Ramón Vega dropped a surprise new single titled “El Sonorense” in celebration of his 16th birthday. On the heels of his recently released EP “2000 Siempre,” the new track is a tribute to his family and pays homage to his late uncle Sergio “El Shaka” Vega who ignited his passion for music and whose birthday is also, September 12.
With original sound bites from his childhood opening and closing the song, “El Sonorense” is a lyrical journey that recounts the true essence of who Ramón Vega is, the life he is living and how his upbringing in a successful musical family has molded him into the artist he is today. The soulful melody and Ramón’s poetic voice is fused seamlessly with hip-hop, R&B and pop sounds that illustrate his story flawlessly. The track’s official key art showcases a personal family photo portraying Ramón Vega in the arms of his uncle “El Shaka” on the day of his baptism.
The young up-and-coming artist from Sonora, Mexico, signed to Sony Music Latin in the summer of 2020 and also celebrates his first anniversary with the label with this release. Stemming from the Vega musical dynasty, Ramón credits his musical talents to his very successful family which includes many norteño artists such as Cornelio Vega y Su Dinastía, which was founded by his father Cornelio and features his older brother Cornelio Jr. on lead vocals; as well as his uncle Sergio “El Shaka” Vega (1969-2010).
Though he belongs to norteño royalty, Ramón’s sound is distinct from that of his relatives as he sets out to pave his own unique path in the music industry. Deriving his inspiration from regional Mexican, hip-hop, R&B, pop, and Latin urban, his lyrical spontaneity and spirited youthful energy combined with his lifelong love for music and his energetic personality sets him apart from the pact. In addition to writing, composing and singing his own music, Ramón plays over eight instruments including the guitar and accordion.
